​How to apply?

Single mothers and single fathers may apply via Department of Social Services or request an application by emailing your request to dunamishodi@earthlink.net.

Young adults aging out of foster care may apply via DFS, your case worker, CASA Worker or an independent Living Provider.



You Must be Ready!

You must have a made-up mind to go through our intense 1 year Program that will move you towards self-sufficiency and successful adult living.

By providing transitional housing, case management and support services, each individual is given an opportunity to develop and work on individualized goals in a positive, safe and supportive living environment.

​

What Is Expected of You?

All residents will be required to:

1. Participate in the development of (a) a transitional plan and (b) a treatment pan (if applicable) that outlines the goals and objectives that they hope to accomplish while in the Transitional Housing Program (THP).

​

2. Engage in a minimum of 32 hours or more per week of productive activities such as attending school, working fulltime or part-time, community services and/or independent living skills training.

​

3. Actively seek and obtain either fulltime or part-time employment within 60 days of entering Program.

​

4.  Be COMMITTED to actively participating in THP services.

​

5. Be WILLING to follow THP guideline and expectations.
