OUR BRANCHES
We have impacted many lives because we have assessed that these single mothers and young adults aging out foster care are in our communities lacking self-sufficiency, permanent and affordable housing and support services to live independently as productive citizens.

When these individuals facing challenges have the right to intensive guidance and attention, their odds of becoming successful, independent adults increase dramatically!

We serve as an emergency and transitional home providing room and board with the concept of direct onsite supervised furnish single family homes that are serving 4 to 6 young adults and/or 2 to 4 single mothers and their families at a time in each housing facility.
ABOUT US
Since opening our doors in May 2015, at a time where there were no other organizations in Kent and Sussex Counties Delaware offering transitional housing to homeless single mothers and homeless young adults aging out foster care, we have provided more than just transitional housing. We have partnered with each individual to assist in building a solid foundation for them and their families.

Because we understand that each one is different and have unique situations, we offer responsive programming that is built to fit the need of each individual that come through our doors.
